If not, here’s the skinny.
9 MM Parabellum is also 9 MM Luger.
9 MM short is also 9 MM Kursk or more widely in the U.S. the .380
Almost all pistols designated 9mm here in the States would be “Lugers” while the 9 mm short or Kursk are most commonly sold as the .380 (Think James Bond and his Walther).
