Sorry to hear this.
One of the points people made against Fred 8 years ago when he was running for the nomination was that he was sick and would never survive a term or terms as president.
Well here we are.

I’m sorry to hear this. I supported Sen. Thompson when he ran for President and I sent him money. He really “got” the Constitution and could articulate it, much like Sen. Cruz now.

In the summer of 2007 I traveled both the east and west coast; every conservative I knew was for Thompson. His poll numbers never got out of the mid single digits and he dropped out. To this day I don’t believe those poll numbers....I still wrote him in for the general election over McCain.
