Your snarc is very misplaced. If I knew the doctor or nurse was wrong, and I could drive to a decent place to get them care, I would. No matter what it might cost me. Just because you have a pre-conceived notion in your head does not make it right, nor give you the right to spout it off like a moron.

Niece a couple of years ago took her small daughter to the local hospital, nurse said it was just an ear ache, no treatment, Pigeon Forge area. Grandma, my sis knew better, she made her daughter take the baby to another hospital, turns out she had spinal meningitis and spent nearly a month in the hospital. She nearly died, fever of 105 which is very dangerous in a small child. Took days to get it down, they did not know if she would be ‘normal’ after wards, but thank GOD she came through it OK.
You do what you have to for your children when they are sick if you love them.
