I also have a solution.....respect. Respect for parents, for law and the police who must maintain those laws, for teachers for each other. Respect must be taught from the crib up as well a good manners....that would be a good start to solving some of the problems....

I am especially pissed about big time drug dealers. They should be tried and executed. Preferably by hanging.
What we need is a Devil Island where hard core scum can be dropped off and let to fend for themselves/ Lots cheaper than our prisons. Or contract out to a poor African nation for them to build large outdoors prisons for us. Send illegal alien law breakers there
