The aircraft may have had engine problems/mechanical problems, and descended for an emergency landing, and been shot by a missile from Egypt/Sinai who perceived it as a sneak attack.

I totally agree. It really doesn’t matter what actually happened. If these islamic pigs want to claim responsibility, let them suffer the consequence. I doubt the Russians will need innumerable committees and meetings to decide what to do, nor will they have to appeal the the UN and wait months for their OK. I would like to see the Russians rip and tear, and let allah sort them out when they arrive in front of him in hell.
