Media Release #1022
CNN Releases Alleged Twin Peaks Video/Photos In reference to the CNN release of video and crime scene photographs that appear to be from the Twin Peaks Incident, neither Waco Police Department nor the McLennan County District Attorney Office released those to any media outlets.
CNN has stated that âtheyâ put the Waco Police Department graphic at the top of the video which indicated we released it. Again, we did not. They have now removed that graphic as the video is not attributed to us and CNN is in the process of updating their sites.
There is a small pool of individuals that include defense attorneys who had access to the information through discovery. The party responsible for providing the released video and photographs may be subject to ethical and legal issues for doing so.
The Waco Police Department remains under a Judges Gag-order and as such we are restricted to releasing additional information on the Twin Peaks Investigation.
Sgt. Patrick Stanton
Spoiler: the dad killed Laura Palmer.
Very interesting. Someone spilled the beans.
There was a video posted to YouTube, but I didn't go view it. I'm curious if it had more footage.
But, it's been deleted now. I guess I should have made a copy.
I just hope Sgt. Patrick Swanton is one of the first Waco cops to be indicted. He’s simply a criminal with a uniform!

It’s already been posted. Click the Waco keyword above to find the posting with the video link.
So much for the gag orders. Can’t unsee what’s been seen!
That is funny!!! Never watched that TV series, had to look it up. +1!!!!
Thank you
Caution, you can lose a few dozen hours scrolling through FR postings linked to the keyword “Waco.”
The summary by the Waco newspaper plays up what is in the video as entirely prejudicial against the bikers. Lots of scary guns, supposedly bikers firing. Nary a word about the police. If their write-up is accurate, why would a defense attorney post it? Or does it show something quite different?
Biker firing ...
