More likely they can’t sleep due to worrying there haven’t been any racial incidents they can use to explain why their performance was not as good as their paler co-workers. Thinking up imaginary racism is stressful.

Until Blacks in this Country decide to take responsibility for their own actions (or non-actions) blacks will never improve their lives. With liberals providing blacks in America with excuses (it's whitey's fault)for not being smart, being law breakers, dropping out of school without the ability to read and write, children out of wedlock, unable to hold a job, etc. blacks will never amount to anything!
When an inordinate object (confederate flag flap) or (dog whistle of racism) is a threat to blacks or blacks perceived racism because the old media tells them white America are racist simply because of their (white people's) DNA and works the emotions of blacks to the point the object must be removed from their view or they (blacks)cannot survive in racist America, then these same blacks have all ready failed all across this Nation, even before they get started and will never recover from these excuses or perceptions conveniently provided by the old media and professors (socialist hating America) in academia.
I was always told growing up that “sticks and stones may break my bones, but, words will never hurt me.” With the old media telling blacks that white America is racist and they (the blacks) had better listen to the “dog whistles” of racism coming from whitely, the (old media and socialist hating America) effectively keep the blacks on their plantations (voting for liberal democrats) and their minds off the fact unemployment is the highest among blacks in America in the last fifty (50) years (inner city).
So now the very act of Americans going to sleep is an act of “racism” because the poor down trodden blacks in America can't sleep properly because of what whitey has done to them for the last two hundred (200) years!
I would really like to see a single issue the socialist in America have actually solved and effectively fixed, I can't either, that is because the socialist can't fix anything, lest they are no longer needed by the down trodden (blacks)they keep reminding blacks they are put upon by whitey, even when they go to sleep!
