“Trump is rightly calling them out on their shoddy poll reporting.”
Jane, there are two polls, the Iowa one for that state and the national poll by the New York Times/CBS poll out yesterday and both show him below Carson. Trump was all for polls until these two came out. If that trend continues after the debate or gets worse for him, he will have to take them as real or continue to discount them and if he does that, I expect the polls would be even more against him as voters won’t take kindly to his complaining when he was crowing about polls before he was losing.
If he is strong in the debate with actual plans for the economy as this debate centers on the economy, then maybe his numbers will start going up again.

Seems to me they already have. Weren’t there a couple of polls out yesterday showing Trump in the lead over Carsson?
Those polls have been disputed, on various forums.
FReeper Red Steel deconstructed the Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll, very well, here....(Hint: It’s a push poll!)...

And, don’t forget that the Des Moines Register (IA) tried to force Trump out of the race three months ago. They of course, were unsuccessful.
