Frankly, I'm not worried about anything. . . there's not much that could get through OS X's built-in protections without warning the user, not with the pop-up you're seeing on FR windows, but a system warning about downloading something.
I also have a great deal of confidence that JR and his staff will find the problem links that are creating this issue and remove them, request a resurveyed from Google, which will remove the warning and all will be well in Freepworld again. It's just going to take some time to locate them.

looks like google is flagging all posts linked to aim.org.It looks like a case may be developing where Safaris warnings are becoming spam.
