even his cherished family pedigree might not be enough to salvage his flagging campaign. Do ya think they realize that its Jeb's "cherished family pedigree" that is turning most voters off??? If he thinks hauling out "Thousand Points of Light" George Sr. and "Compassionate Conservative" George Jr. is going to save him, he has another thing coming.

Compassionate conservatism...yeah. Conservatism is compassionate in its own right. W understand that of course. He used the term “compassionate conservatism” to cover up his big government liberalism. It was propaganda designed to make his liberalism sound good.
W’s (mal-)administration presided over some of the largest government expansions in my lifetime, and George Sr. was so moderate/centrist he could have been a Democrat. If Poppy and W think they can salvage Jebbie’s campaign, it’s even more evidence of how out of touch the Bushes are with average Americans.

Maybe they could ask Hillary Rotten Clinton (since they're such good friends with the Clintons) to conduct a seance and conjure up ol' Prescott Bush, I'm sure he's not too busy these days, maybe reminiscing with his ol' buddy 'Dolf?
