Chiefs are political hacks with no idea what is really going on in their towns. Real, effective officers rarely rise above the rank of Lieutenant.
I would love to see a map with all the shootings over the last 10 years. I also would like to see the race of the perpetrator and the victim. I’m pretty certain that information would show us exactly where the problem is. I think we all know the answer already.
