Paul Ryan has signed off on a letter promising restless members of the House Freedom Caucus (HFC) that he won’t bring immigration-reform legislation to the House floor while President Obama remains in office.
It shouldn't even be brought up after Obama is out of office. Enforce the laws that are presently on the books. Period!

What the letter doesn’t say is that if Obama goes at it alone, impeachment proceedings will begin immediately.
