Sounds like they may have. They just had elections. Good luck Canada. Not sure how they went but this could be the first step to success. Who knows.

Here’s where you can’t win, they will always pull out the compassion card.
What about the poor and lower middle class who cannot afford to pay the doctor for their needed operation?
My liberal friend just cited a working class guy who was given a bill for $5,000 just to have his child delivered.
They work hard but cannot get ahead in life, do you want them to die? Where’s your compassion?

Yep, they voted in Justin Trudeau, a white version of Obama in the North.
Hopefully he will do great things for the country. We got screwed in America. Maybe it won’t turn out for them.

1) Withdraw Canada from the alliance to fight ISIS.
2) Reconsider the Keystone Pipeline

Uh, Canada just tossed a Conservative government in favor of the neo-socialist Liberal Party and the son of Pierre Trudeau (Justin) is to be their new PM. If you think that’s a first step to success then you might be on the wrong forum.

Well I didn’t know that for one thing. But two we cannot predict the future. No country in the World is dumber then the United States and 2008 and 2012 is proof. Heck even Canada can compete with our stupidity as a whole. Take care FRiend.
Most Canadians I’ve known have been honest enough to point out that their healthcare is not “free” as they pay a boatload of taxes for it.
True. I pay attention to Canadian politics because their Liberal Party has taken a serious interest in our elections and they send money (in violation of our laws) and volunteers to our swing states and they tried hard to toss out Bush in 2004.
“Whenever the user considers something to be “free” it will be overused. Ask anybody who works in a Canadian ER.”
Here’s the editor’s voxplanation for why that just isn’t true, by golly:
“...there is actually little evidence that Canadians overuse the system. The long waits for care, both in emergency rooms and in booking physician visits, actually discourage abuse.”
My wife was surprised to discover this as well, coming from the US. Medication is not covered unless you are poor or are lucky enough to have insurance through work.
Really? I’d like to meet those Canadians because most I know are either delusional or dishonest.
Why not keep their pants on and not have children until they get a nursing or 3-D printer degree at a community college first?
Very few are “poor souls” in dire need of public assistance THEY MADE CHOICES (irresponsible ones).
