What ever the government ultimately decides, whether that is completely arbitrary on their part, or done as an underhanded deal with some health insurer and his Capitol Hill crony, is the price they'll pay--which becomes the price.

Becomes the price the government will pay. That is not the price insurance companies pay. And not the price an individual would pay.

Obamacare is working out exactly like the regime wanted nothing but sheer chaos from one end to the other.

The complicit states with their "exchanges" are feckless pawns, who are forcing needless suffering and even death on their citizens (See: oppression, tyranny)

The surviving insurance carriers are like Stockholm Syndrome hostages. The QMC (queer/moslem/communist) will use them up until they are broke and no longer useful.....and then murder them.

I am home from church....in the name of the Father, the Son and Holy Ghost.

The organ works so no more complaining about the crapturd little piano. Choir director had two toes cut off....I swear this guy has Munchausen and he’s showing us his foot and demonstrating how he can still work the organ pedals even with the missing toes.

You can’t make this up.

So I had to quit the finance council because I am currently attending “classes” of an organization called NAMI....which means National Alliance for Mental Illness.

It’s kind of like Al-Anon or Narc-Anon, meant to aid relatives mental illness patients. But those meetings are every Wednesday night and yon ladies and gems I have so greatly benefitted by being around people suffering like me by some nut job what thinks they own the world.

You’d be surprised at how similar my story is to the other NAMI attendees. For God sent the meeting facilitator to me....she happens to be very active in politics, often on the local radio....also has a ministry of some sort and runs Georgetown’s famous Friday’s Prayer in the Town Circle.

Tiffany, her name, happened to hear my nut job daughter on the radio the day she called up and announced to all of Sussex county that I murdered my husband. The next time she saw me she said about this NAMI thing and I didn’t know what the hell she was talking about.

As time passed I signed up and missed one NAMI meeting to attend Finance council. So finance council had to write a script for mass this Sunday and of course I wrote it. But the guy who wants to be the next head of the FC, CFO of Black and Decker and knows everything, way more than I, a humble payroll clerk, he wanted to write it....so I quit.

Yeah, I took my ball and went home but this morning, yon ladies and gems, the Black and Decker guru read that little missive before mass AND IT WAS THE ONE I WROTE!

Heh.

Well I knew Father Tom would like mine. Anyway, I had to quit at any rate because given a choice I’d rather go to NAMI than the finance council, let the Black and Decker expert handle that.

So I sent Father Tom an email telling I am resigning because of NAMI and he sends me back the most moving email, Lord I love that man and stop reminding me that he’s a priest!

It’s 2015, a male and female can be friends without anything else and don’t forget I was raised a liberated woman.

He told me he thinks the world of me and....you should smile, he’s going to write a homily about mental illness and should NAMI need St. Jude’s premises for anything he will make it happen. Tiffany will be glad to hear that because I just don’t know about this ocean front place we meet at and it’s in Rehoboth Beach....look it up, largest homosexual population on the east coast.

Anyway....let me catch up and will rejoin with stuff actually about the Sunday talk shows.

The idea that they'll control costs is fantasy, and unless the government is going to mandate that employers provide HRPs then they are even less helpful.

There's no "fantasy" to it. It's already been done and proven successful, cutting premiums by around 50%.

One of the few acceptable "government mandates" is that ALL CARRIERS in a given state participate in the HRPs. An HRP is not something an employer can do.

Nope, it's $2000 per year into an HSA of which at least one-third has to go to health-care insurance premium. People can contribute more to the HSA if they want. And if they have the money. So tell me where one can get any sort of heath insurance for $700 a year?

I listened to it again. Carson absolutely said $5000 dollars a year.

He took the figure of current MediCare spending and divided it by the number of recipients. He then quoted the $5000 figure, "for every man, woman, and child".

Tread easy!

A co-worker’s wife had been spending a lot of time with the parish priest, but he didn’t think it was anything to worry about.

Eventually she served him with divorce papers as he walked in the door after work. She and the priest ran off together, left him and the parish dazed.

Come on!

You’re making that up!

Oh my, and Father Tom announces during mass that he had something called a “silent heart attack” and right away I gasped. Then he goes into some narrative about wanting to be around for a long time and goodness I am biting my nails.

Guy needs someone to take care of him, I swear.

Ladida he says he had a silent heart attack, go to hell...what’s a silent heart attack?

Becomes the price the government will pay. That is not the price insurance companies pay. And not the price an individual would pay.

The government pays pennies on the dollar of the commercial rates paid by insurance carriers. Cash patients pay the most, which is outrageous. There are no miles of red-tape in their case, and they should demand to pay less than commercial for that very reason.

This whole crooked practice done by hospitals and other providers is called "Cost shifting" where insured and cash patients AGAIN subsidize "free healthcare".

It should be banned as it is a fraudulent practice which preys on honest people who pay their bills.

"From what I’ve read and seen there was a stand down order",p>The guys on the ground were clearly told to stand down. The obvious next question to Hillary should have been: "Then how do you explain that the men on the ground were told to stand down?"

no more complaining about the crapturd little piano

What's wrong with piano? Should had the guy break into some foot stompin' Boogie-Woogie and Scott Joplin ragtime.

Choir director had two toes cut off....I swear this guy has Munchausen

You sure he doesn't have diabetes?

Can you point me to some examples that I can read up on?

One of the few acceptable "government mandates" is that ALL CARRIERS in a given state participate in the HRPs. An HRP is not something an employer can do.

We must be thinking of two different things then. I'm assuming you're talking bout Healthcare Reimbursement Plans, which are an employer-provided program.

Just read your column ... it was great. I may have to borrow that dead skunk on a Texas highway line.

Even though we watched in horror as this contemptible woman told lie after lie, there was hope in your piece. I do think the media has seriously underestimated how mad we are.

Even the somewhat conservative Fox News people were snickering at the thought of Donald Trump. They continued to laugh until last week when they finally realized that Trump has staying power.

I honestly think it is possible that Sarah Palin might have won if she hadn’t been saddled with McCain.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Hillary’s numbers. After the media proclaimed it a victory for her and a non-event, I’m seeing a lot of people who are outraged and saw the hearings very differently.

No, we didn’t have a Tom Cruise moment, wherein she would finally break and scream, “You’re goddam right I did,” She did have some bad moments and people who were watching could not help but notice how she had to receive constant help from little memos slipped to her.

Anyway, thanks for another great posting.

You should write a book, Fish. I am serious. People love to read about other people’s troubles.

I listened to it again. Carson absolutely said $5000 dollars a year.

Then Carson is changing his tune then. Politico was quoting him at $2000 last week and now you're saying he's upped it to $5000. If it's the later then where will the $1.5 trillion to pay for it come from? And does he really think the elderly can replace Medicare coverage for $5000 a year?

The amt of medications is astonishing.
How many doctors/NP were prescribing the meds? Are all the meds in her name?
What a mess for you to literally and figuratively clean up.
