Is this any crazier than Barack Obama being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize?
The main difference the way I see it is that Mugabe got his award after he destroyed a nation and Obama got his award just as he was starting to destroy a nation.

Zimbabwe and its resources - for sale to the highest bidders..................................... My first thought exactly! What is in the ground? What crops can be grown? China sees resources, resources means $$$$ to them, be it crops or minerals. They are all over Africa with their $$$$$ investing in African resources. Strategic control is the goal.
