Rep. Trey Gowdy told "On the Record" that he still doesn't know which aspect of the Benghazi attacks former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking responsibility for, after a marathon congressional hearing he led on Thursday.
"The three things we think she ought to take responsibility for she's kind of pushed off onto other people," the South Carolina Republican said. "I'm going to let other people decide whether she was candid or not. She was certainly not cut off and she was certainly given every opportunity to answer the questions."
"I thought the questions were new but the answers were a little old," he added.
Gowdy said there's a "dichotomy" between what Clinton said to people in private versus what she told the public -- specifically, that the American people heard a "spun-up story" about an anti-Islam video that was not mentioned in emails to officials and other individuals.

Okay we’ve got definite proof she lied and prompted others to lie about the video. Also she ignored 600 requests for help from her Ambassador to Libya. Someone she hired (Kennedy) trash caned the requests. Isn’t this enough to kick her to the curb?? Not with her progressive zealots.

The Republicans will grumble, sigh and move on to more pressing matters—like railroading a Ryan-like candidate past Trump, Cruz & Co. so that (once again) we don’t even have to bother about voting in the Republican primary.
Then they will lose big when conservatives stay home (this time, and in droves) because we’re disgusted with having only one political party.
And whether it is Democrat or Republican, it will continue to describe itself as “moderate”.

Listen to the video- Gowdy indicates they have more witnesses to interview. He also indicates there is someone he is looking at for not responding to requests for security. ....then there’s defense testimony too.
Don’t think Gowdy is done yet.

Thanks for the correction thought I had heard he was still in jail. Either way he should NEVER have been put in prison to begin with, he was used as a scapegoat from the beginning so that no one would look at the Obama Administration so close to the election

BS. In the real world, when you “take responsibility” for your employees being killed, you get fired, not promoted.
I would like to see those, and Trump’s promise to turn both Lerner and Hillary investigations over to his Justice Dept. as soon as the dust settles from his inauguration.
If political thugs like Lerner and Koskinan can get away with this kind of persecution, they will continue to do it in the future.
I feel so strongly about it, I won’t support him unless he makes the promise: “My Justice Dept. will do a proper investigation of Lerner. And I won’t be influenced by RINOs.”
We know all too well what it’s like to get all excited about “winning” only to learn: `Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.” It’s happening again with Paul `Ryno’ Ryan.
In any event it’s bad precedent and practice for a crooked executive to be able to get away with bloody political murder committed by his loyal apparatchiks because he knows his Justice Dept. “has his/their back”.
So Hillary immediately sent an email to her daughter with the truth about Benghazi attack.
Question: Wasn’t that classified information? Did Chelsea have any clearance to receive this info?
This proves Hillary lied about classified info on emails.
