Cruz and Rubio sound good. I don't know how the rest of the GOP would take to an all-Hispanic ticket but, why not?
Trump would work with either one. He and Palin would probably NOT work.

I think Palin would not work. I always liked her but ... I still don't think this country will elect a woman as POTUS. [My own opinion, nothing else.]

I can't STAND even looking at Hitlery, let alone listening to her. She and Sleaze-Bucket are a PERFECT match.

Tell ya' what. Call me racist, but I sure wouldn't want both the Pres and VP to be hispanic. After Obama and against Hillary, I want that successful old Caucasian dude telling younger folks what the US was like before the past 20 years or so.

Trump, and maybe Rubio if not Cruz as VP works just fine. Why? Rubio's a good learner. I suspect that as understudy to Trump his attitude would become more mainstream traditional American.
