To: The Final Harvest

I didn’t say she got paid, or received benefits, did I? No - I didn’t. I said that she is technically still employed - meaning they are holding her job open for her and they are. I don’t belong to a stupid union or whatever else you falsely accused me of. And, each employer has different rules by which they abide regarding “leave of absence.” And, yes, I took one during an employment period, and yes, I just came back when ready. There was NO paperwork - so, you can just spew your junk elsewhere. It isn’t like a medical leaved. SOme of you Cruz supporters are some of the nastiest people on this forum - which turns me off to his candidacy - when he used to be my favorite and then I had him as #2 - but not any more.

Really, employers have “different rules” for how they handle LOA’s .. are you kidding me ..??????

Now, you prove how stupid you are.
An LOA has rules and regulations and they are UNIVERSAL.

You just had time off and were offered the job later. It has nothing to do with an LOA.

I wish you would quit telling me how personnel law works. Because whoever you’re getting your info from is totally IGNORANT.

And .. you were never “turned on to his candidacy” in the first place. Please stop playing games.
