But when I hear a United States senator say, “I’m not a scientist so I can’t make a judgment,” or a candidate for president for that matter, I’m absolutely astounded. I mean, it’s incomprehensible that a grownup who has been to high school and college in the United States of America disqualifies themselves because they’re not a scientist when they’ve learned that the Earth rotates on its axis but they’re not a scientist; where they’ve learned that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west and it does so 24 hours a day; and you can run the list of things that we know science tells us happens, and we accept it every single day. And to suggest that when more than 6,000-plus peer-reviewed studies of the world’s best scientists all lay out that this is happening and mankind is contributing to it, it seems to me that they disqualify themselves fundamentally from high public office with those kinds of statements. And I think the American people will decide that this year, because the American people are overwhelmingly in favor of doing something about climate change.

I caught a few seconds of Al Roker this morning just in time to hear him say that the year 2015 was the “hottest year on record as we chronicle climate change”.
Not very long ago what was called “heat waves” is today being called “climate changes” and we must give up our freedoms and standard of living to combat it.

You argue that the science is plain on this, yet cannot go any further than using an appeal to authority logical fallacy in defending the “climate change” is caused by man. The number of peer reviewed studies, given the active suppression of any contrary information, is immaterial. That’s lie number one.
Afterward, you lay down your ad hominem fallacy against anyone who is honest enough to admit that the narrative supporting the climate change hysteria does not remotely match the objective science available. Every single climate change projection is based on some model, none of which have been validated to actually match empirical data. Instead, the empirical data is “massaged” to match the model, using adjustments that are inconsistently applied to the raw data. But, no, your lordship prefers to attack and impugn the character of those who are honest about their understanding. That’s lie number two.
Finally, you falsely claim that the large majority of Americans want to “do something” about climate change. That’s called the bandwagon fallacy. If so many people “want to do something”, they must be right! Well, the bandwagon, frankly, undercuts the supposed scientific basis for your stance, as you no doubt are not intelligent enough to understand. Either the science is clear (and it is NOT), or the people want something done (and they do NOT). Those are lies three and four.
They say that at three strikes you are out. At four, I believe we need a rhetorical lamppost.
