In an interview with Fox Business, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said he would “absolutely” revoke passports and close mosques in order to fight ISIS.
Host Stuart Varney asked about a series of anti-ISIS measures the British government has taken. “They’ve got a whole new series of proposals to deal with this, including withdrawal of passports from some of these people who’ve gone over just to fight–”
“Absolutely. Good, good,” Trump said.
“…and closing some mosques,” he continued. “Would you do the same thing in America?”
“I would do that,” Trump responded. “Absolutely, I think it’s great.”

Trump Loves Eminent Domain, and if he used it to build casinos over where mosques used to be, I would have to rethink Eminent Domain...
YES. I guarantee digging into the finances of these “mosques” will show countless terrorist ties. Or going undercover will reveal their preachers promoting violence.

Nice as that sounds, it'd be way outside his Constitutional purview. I'm sure his "smart people working that issue" will eventually inform him of that fact. Remembering adage, "what goes around, comes around," do we really want a President having that kind of power? Is their any doubt Obama would crave that kind of power to close "troublesome" Christian churches.
Most Mosques give comfort and assistance to terror organizations, so why not?
