Ryan’s hesitation is good. He realizes he’s walking into a hornets nest of popular rebellion against the elites and anyone who takes up the mantle, but not the cause is finished politically.
And this “rebellion” is just getting warmed up, the people have already smelled blood...Too late to stop the natural course of things.
I hope Ryan will decline, for Paul Ryan’s sake. If he could not handle crazy Uncle Joe in the debate, he cannot handle the turbulent House
