Had people thought a little instead of listening to the lesser evil idiocy we’d not be in this mess.

they did. We are. Now we pay dearly for cowardice.

Ryan said he will not accept any form of horse trading, in other words, his way or the highway, just like the bonehead. He has to make that stand to protect and carry out his orders form the DC establishment. That should finish him as the next speaker.

Because they have an outsized influence for such a small group. No matter who is the Speaker, they need to demand several concessions to continue to exercise that influence.

“the 2014 election was worthless.

Not a little worthless.

Completely and utterly worthless and even damaging.”

Very damaging.

Ryan has gone the way of McCain. Their names are interchangeable. Once thought to be conservative patriots running for office. Then the TRUTH came out. Both drank the Islamo-Fascist's Kool Aid.

Trump/Cruz 2016!

A far too large portion of this and every other right wing board is made up of liberal plants and GOP operatives here to ensure chaos so that no one will step forward or form a united front that anyone could rely on.

Thats why I and others fight so strongly over the lesser evil crap. Who now is crazy enough to step forward knowing that the base can so quickly run cowering? The base has repeatedly proven itself less reliable than a democrat when it comes time to stand behind Calcutta conservatives.

People get pissed at me saying that. Well? Where’s the proof against my assertion when Cruz is in third place as we speak?

Proof? Look where Cruz is polling.

Yes, the 2014 election was useless.

So was 2012.

So was 2010.

And 2008 was Godawful. Notice a trend?

Maybe this time we’ll wise up and stop wasting time with rigged elections we will never win? Naaah. We’ll keep on casting those ballots and hope that by some miracle that this time will be different.

VOTE! is the rallying cry of the politically inclined battered wife.

Norm,

You are right. I was a lesser evil type until last year when i joined FR.

So you have made converts. Dont lose heart.

I am very confused about Ted now with the H1b, TPP and Corker bill. it’s getting crazy.

Ted screwed that one up. But overall he’s more than been on the right side of everything.

I got ripped for being a purist but it’s funny that the rippers now all are ready to can him over that issue and forget all the right things he has done.

Until Trumpmainia, Ted used to be the FR hero. Then again, so was Palin before the CANCERvatives showed their true colors as well.

Harry Reid would be happy with Paul Ryan.

So what does that say?
