She pleaded guilty to capital murder and attempted murder in 2012
The professor waived her right to appeal with the guilty plea, but she's been challenging the conviction ever since with a number of claims
Now she has apologized to the victims, their families and her family
In 1986, she shot and killed her brother in their family home, but it was ruled an accident
She was also quizzed in 1993 after a package of pipe bombs were mailed to her colleague at a hospital where she had worked

There was a lot of discussion here. As I recall, she was a liberal crazy, which almost got her off the hook. Now, it’s delay, delay, delay until she dies of old age.

This woman has been ugly inside and out since childhood. They knew she killed her brother, but the family was powerful in that town and they let her slide...

She also claimed that she didn't understand the guilty plea process, however, the state disagreed.
The person who hired this nut should be in jail. The person who did not prosecute her for killing her brother should also be in jail!

Yes...no mention of him. He should never have walked the streets after that. I think there’s a screenplay there somewhere...with the moral of the story being: when you let someone get away with murder, they will do it again.
