Democrats aren’t bothered by this because they can’t envision a situation where such an agency might be used against themselves rather than against conservatives.
It’s all about conserving their power. It’s nothing to do with the good of the people, it’s about controlling all the people not for the people’s benefit but for their own benefit.

On’December 21, 1775, he was commissioned colonel of a regiment of Minute Men.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch recently obtained a - Department of Defense training manual - which lists people who embrace “individual liberties” and honor “states’ rights,” among other characteristics, as potential “extremists” who are likely to be members of “hate groups.”
(Hillary and Bill had ominous pics of Obama in Muslim garb--but Teddy Kennedy warned them not to use them.)

Any power ceded to a government will be abused. It is only a question of when and by whom.
I am truely surprised many more gub mint types haven’t been targeted.
Not that i would ever advocate this,
But they take away folks things, children, lives and little is done?
This has ceased being the United States of America.
Somehow, Obama and his minions along with the Supreme Court, have succeeding in establishing a new nation to replace it.
It has become totally foreign to those who live here and still possess a functioning brain.
To regain our old nation, BO (before Obama) we’ll have to take action, but we’ll need our military that have sworn to uphold the nation against its enemies foreign and domestic.
The liberal fascist war against American citizens has now begun.
