Wouldn't that require cursive? An unknown skill in Affirmative Action Land.

No need to write. They will just do like McDonalds and BK and just use a tablet type ticket machine with pictures. I thought cursive have been eliminated from all scholls?

“a Police Department that’s reflective of the community they serve.”

That's what was told to me when my case officer shut down my application process to the SFPD. Little did I realize he did me a favor as I found that the process was a AA snake pit.

If you were a white heterosexual male without any legacy in the PD or knew someone inside, forget about it.

When I sat for the written exam there were about 1700 applicants in the auditorium. We got a pep talk prior from then Chief Sanders who told us to not feel bad if you failed the first time and to try again because he had to take it 3 times before he passed. I said to myself WTF?

If you graduated from HS and could read, spell and do simple math you passed. The next time our group assembled we were down to around 600. The test culled almost 2/3rds of the applicants
