Sorry, Sam, for getting a little too wound up on this issue. It’s a sensitive matter for all of us.
Hey no problem. You are right. It is a serious matter.
Well stated.
And a mosque anywhere within 100 miles?!? Unacceptable.
This got pushed to Breaking News? Really?
Ludicrous. I do have a biblical world view and I guess some would find this to be ridiculous I reckon.
The attack on 911 was a very meticulously planned operation likely in the works for years. The Saudis in my opinion bankrolled this thing and gave logistical support. Not sure who, but most attackers were Saudi. It would logically follow that they were allowed to move and plan with little impediment throughout the region of the middle east, primarily Saudi Arabia.
GWB was not responsible for bringing down the towers. He is responsible for policy robbing Americans of freedom/liberty in the aftermath.
Trump has started another discussion like illegal aliens which has been ignored by both sides due to the PC element:
Clinton White House ignored 9/11 warnings
By Tom Fitton - - Wednesday, November 6, 2013
It took 11 years, but Judicial Watch recently received a response to a 2002 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that revealed another major missed opportunity by the Clinton administration to prevent the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack, which is part of perhaps the most catastrophic failure in the history of U.S. intelligence.
The new document reads like a Robert Ludlum spy novel, replete with exotic locales and sinister plots. Its pages explode with intricate twists and international intrigue. The villains are palpably evil; their plans, pernicious and deadly. But the good guys seemed largely oblivious to their machinations.
Excerpt: Go to the link below to see why the liberal mediots are going Bat Guano over Trump’s 9/11 remarks. They hate GW and would never rush to defend him unless their beloved Clintoons could be harmed

Why defend Bush. He never gave a rats a** to stand up for himself.
The point was in answer to JEB running around wearing his brother on his sleeve insinuating that JEB would keep us as safe.
I didn't know he said that but probably missed it. Interesting.
In the last debate you will see Bush attack Trump claiming his brother “kept us safe”. Now, having been hit first, Trump points out that bush did not keep us safe at the World Trade Center. Driven by “political correctness, he allowed on his watch for the wahhabi sunnis to enter our country and failed to do anything even though it is an absolute fact that we had knowledge many of the 18 jihadis were training how to fly passenger jets but not land them. How did he keep us safe on 9/11? 3000 dead— not safe. Go TRUMP!!
The topic was about JEB! wearing his brother on his sleeve and tying to ride that to the nomination.
CONTEXT, CONTEXT, CONTEXT.
I didn't know about NJ. Thank you! That definitely explains the confusion.
I’m just a little baby in life so I’m not sure, but Bush did have the support of Congress for Iraq, correct?
I count myself among those who VEHEMENTLY disagreed with Bush about islam being a "peaceful" religion. What most here on FR do not know about me is that I did study middle east culture and religion while putting myself through college (the second time....) at DePaul University in Downtown Chicago between 1991 - 1994. No, it was not my major, yes DePaul required a religious studies component while attending.
I'm likely also one of maybe a handful or two of people on FR who's read the Bible AND the qu'ran. Muslims do not like to talk about Surah 9 ("The Verse of the Sword") which is in fact part of their "holy text" and that which the muslim "extremists" use as justification for their acts.
My last comment on this topic is as follows: I've had a fair number of Freepers who've come to FR and left FR that labeled me a "bigot" because of my views on islam. My views on islam are based not just on my own understanding of it as a religion THEOCRACY, but based on comparative analysis of it against all other major world religions.
Here's the difference between islam and Christianity:
Christinity, like every other major religion in the world has undergone a REFORMATION and renounced violence as a means to spread itself except for one: islam.
Islam has not undergone a similar reformation, nor will it.
Islam is the enemy. There is no such thing IMO, as a "moderate" muslim. If there were, hundreds of millions of them would be taking to the streets to renounce violence in the name of their religion. The fact that here we are, 14+ years later after 9-11 with nary a unified, loud word from so-called moderate muslims is very telling.
But then again, why would so-called "moderate" muslims take to the streets and renounce violence when one of their own is in the White House? Judge him by his deeds, not his words
Yup, he most certainly did. The Iraq war resolution had overwhelming support for passage in the House and Senate. 297-133 in the House and 77-23 in the Senate.
Among the things I was most pissed off at GW Bush about certainly includes his unwillingness to take the Saudi's head-on and hold them accountable for their role in 9-11. Of all the most interesting data points that came out during June of 2002 was a well published and circulated report that showed the Saudi's were either funding directly, or partially funding the building of every mosque and madrassa here in the United States.
That's financing an invasion, IMO. It still sickens to me TO THIS DAY how Bush 43 cozied right up to the Saudi's after 9-11. Unforgiveable in my book.
GWB was not responsible for bringing down the towers. He is responsible for policy robbing Americans of freedom/liberty in the aftermath.
Context for the above statement needs to be set. The reality is, the Patriot Act was drafted UNDER THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION and was quite literally "ready to pass" during the Bush Administration.
There are those who would link what I just stated above, to America creating its own false flag event just to pass the Patriot Act and further tighten down the screws of freedom on the American people.
I'm not one of those people. I think it's actually worse than that. I think our Government has all kinds of stuff just ready to pass/declare/executive order/executive action, etc.. and is just waiting for the right event to come along to implement even more restrictions on our freedoms.
Don't need to look far to see proof of that statement with all the mass shootings that have happened under Obama.
The Bushes and Clintons have been in cahoots for years.
That’s what I thought. If Bush hadn’t had the support he’d have been impeached for sure. I don’t get why they always call it an “illegal” war, though.
I am a federally licensed A&P mechanic, among other things ... I have over two decades’ experience in civil aviation: engine shop, flight line, heavy maintenance, etc. I’ve done it all. If you think that simultaneous communication failures (radio and transponder) are not possible, then you obviously know very little about aircraft electrical systems. We don’t call them “gremlins” without cause.
And an airliner changing course after such failure? If sufficiently far from his initial point of departure, the assumption would be that the captain opted to head for the closest airport that could handle the aircraft.
Most conspiracy theories only work in the movies. Real life presents real problems - the more people involved, the more secrecy required ... And we are discussing the federal government - who are so good at keeping secrets, as we all know. Right.
Ever hear of Occam’s Razor? Look it up.
BTW, I eat “truthers” for breakfast - every day.
