Why is it taking so long for indictments? Wish they would move on with it, but I don’t know what they know. I’m sure Gowdy wants to make double damn sure that he has hard evidence against her first. I hope he knows the answers to all the questions he will be asking her so he can catch her in her lies.
The Gowdy committee is tasked with writing a report to the rest of Congress. It is not a prosecution, and Democrats on the committee make sure Hillary knows everything they’re interested in ahead of time.
They JUST got Chris Stevens’ emails within the last week - think those might be relevant to the committee’s work? They are being stonewalled, delayed and obstructed by State, DOJ, Dept of Defense at every turn. Gowdy is handling this as a prosecutor, not a politician (which is what most people are used to) so it’s very frustrating because he’s holding his cards close to the vest. His “staff” are former federal prosecutors & a 3-star general ... all tough & competent. If I were Huma or Hilly and had to testify (not publicly where they, especially Hilly, can ‘grandstand’ before the cameras as will the Dems like the horrible Elijah Cummings), I wouldn’t sleep a wink the night before (maybe the week before) and I’d need to wear Depends.

Do they need to wait until Obama can’t pardon?
Gowdy better come up with something real soon to nail Clinton to the wall, or Trey and the GOP can kiss their chances of winning the presidency good-by in the 2016 election. And possibly losing both Houses.
With the flood of illegals filling the Dems voting coffers, and a win in 2016, this Republic is finished.
Because Gowdy is shooting for criminal intent, which has a high burden of proof
The FBI is going for gross negligence, which means no jail time
The committee can’t indict. They give the evidence to the Justice Dept. for consideration of indictment.
However, the FBI started their own investigation. Now, today, Biden says he will soon announce whether he is running for president or not. I think it will happen this way:
Biden will be privy to know if the FBI is going to indict Hillary, either right now or later, but he will know (either FBI tells him or tells Obama and Obama tells him). If they ARE going to indict, Biden will run for president and he WILL become the candidate. If they are NOT going to indict, he won’t run.
Gowdy does not have the power to indict. It’s up to Loretta Lynch. Or, it’s up to Boehner to appoint a special prosecuter. Actually, maybe it is Obama who must apppoint the SP. The FBI could request it. Maybe the FBI can indict.
But, Gowdy does not have that power.
Indictments are a function of the executive branch. Obama's bitch, Loretta Lynch, is in charge of federal indictments.
There won't be a federal indictment unless Loretta (in consultation with the FBI, obviously) ever so reluctantly decides there should be, whereupon her boss, expressing regret, will anoint his VP as his mini-me to be the next President.
