Is the Church in a properly zoned area?

Were they already there for a long time without complaints and were these only recent?

Is some resident upset they moved near a Church? Then why did they buy where they did?

This is like someone moving next to an airport knowing it was there and then saying the noise needs to go.

Residential on either side across narrow driveways, otherwise surrounded by residential except for the church parking lot across the street.

The building does look fairly new, so I couldn’t tell if the neighbors came to the problem, or the problem came to the neighbors.

Exactly. Morons who move next to an airport and then whine about all the jet engine noise need to be shown the door and fined for wasting the court's time with frivolous lawsuits.

Same situation here. Some churches locate on hilltops or culdesacs because they like the view or quiet respectively. Then people buy property near them for the same reasons and complain about all the church traffic.

Sometimes, I think, just as an object lesson to all these complainers, the church should sell their property to a cat house.

The problem started when the churches gave into the first zoning and building codes.

They should have took the stand we are church and any thing that hinders that is a violation of the first amendment.
