A senior diplomat with a European Union government allegedly told former NSA intelligence analyst and counterintelligence officer and Daily Beast columnist John Schindler that his/her government believes President Barack Obama is ‘quite mentally unwell’ and inquired about impeachment–an apparent suggestion that his/her government believes Obama is unfit to serve as president and should be removed from office–according to a tweet by Schindler posted Monday.
“Had a senior EU diplomat, old friend, ask me today, “How does your impeachment work? My government believes Obama is quite mentally unwell.””

All I would add is that he's a quite slim fellow to be healthy at the same time.

Ill physically, mentally or perhaps both. ILL Of course, we were told before his second election he was ill as well....and how did that turn out?

The more I see of the man and his actions, the more I am reminded of the Martin Sheen character in the movie "Dead Zone". Hopefully he can restrain his inner demons for the balance of his time in office, or his handlers can keep him from the nuclear football.
It would be a good time to analyze the British Politicians also.
It was said that near the end of his presidency, Richard Nixon was seen talking to the portraits of the presidents in the White House, asking them what they would have done were they to face the problems he faced.
In Obama’s case, he has also declined to the point of talking to paintings, but unlike Nixon, he is cursing the former presidents, and telling them over and over how much better, smarter, and wiser he is than any of them ever were.
One must hope for that, but I’m not sure if it’s possible. As has already been commented, Obama now is having difficulty keeping his anger and hostility in control, as witnessed recently on the television.
When he’s mocked like Putin’s been doing and when he’s not praised and worshipped like he expects everyone to do.
