America's Jewish lawmakers (Mostly JINOs) are anti gun as far as American citizens are concerned. We are to be left defenseless and it shows that they are in league with the evil Obama in rendering Americans defenseless. Barkat is the kind of leader we need here in the US that care about their citizens and their right to self-protection.

The whole Zionist ethos is for Jews to know how to defend themselves anywhere, anytime and any place.
Compulsory military duty for both men & women create an alert and efficient population who know how to be (all of them) “First Responders” and handle weapons.
Unfortunately for the Jews of Israel, Paleostinian and general Muslim Arab terror is commonplace.
They've seen it all before, time and time again.
Outrage after outrage and still they go to the bars, cinema and cafes like anywhere else in any suburbia.
This is a well trained people who respect and hate warfare pitted against some of the lowliest scum, the swamps of PLO/HAMAS/HIZBOLLAH/RADICAL Left/Antisemitic Right and Left/European Pansy and Muslim Barakeh Ovomit can deliver.
So go ahead Israelis kill those that would kill you and never apologize for it.

I thought carrying was de rigueur in Israel ... especially the women ...

Isn’t it kind of hard to get a license in Israel? Kind of like in New York city? I thought everyone had to serve in the military, but once they were out they no longer carried.

I thought it was more like Switzerland: all young men have to serve and they are to retain weapons until they die.

Yeah, I thought that too. But a friend recently told me it wasn’t. Not sure if he knew what he was talking about.

Yeah ... I DO know that ... but it was an opportunity to make a sophomoric attempt to hide my lustful chauvanism under the guise of asking a "legitimate" journalistic question ....
Or some such foolishness like that

It is difficult to get a license in Israel. There is no RKBA as we would recognize it. The Israeli state in it’s benevolent wisdom decides how many armed folks they want, and that’s how many they have. It’s not based on a natural rights philosophy.

I thought it was more like Switzerland: all young men have to serve and they are to retain weapons until they die. The Hassidic and Haredi population are exempt as are Yeshiva students (deferred but rarely enlist after leaving school) and Druze Arabs.
