Isn’t it kind of hard to get a license in Israel? Kind of like in New York city? I thought everyone had to serve in the military, but once they were out they no longer carried.

I thought it was more like Switzerland: all young men have to serve and they are to retain weapons until they die.

It is difficult to get a license in Israel. There is no RKBA as we would recognize it. The Israeli state in it’s benevolent wisdom decides how many armed folks they want,and that’s how many they have. It’s not based on a natural rights philosophy.
