There was already gun control in the early 1920s with the non-Nazis in firm control of the country. Roughly seven years later...the same non-Nazi leadership enacted more gun control. The Nazis after they came in with the 1932 election....simply put up a law that required gunsmiths to keep notes on all repairs and the serials/ownership of weapons they fixed.
For those who might be curious...the real fear in Germany in the 1920s was that all the troops came home after WW I with their weapons and communist revolution was the fear that everyone had....not the Nazis.
Oh. Okay. What if there was a LARGE number of personal firearms available to Germany's Jews in 1938?

I am definitely not a Carson supporter, but he is right on this one. He did not say anything about the availability of guns, he specified easy access to guns. There is a difference, and these freaks can’t resist their knee-jerk reactions against gun ownership.
The ADL proves yet again that it doesn’t represent the best interests of Jews, but the instead the political interests of the Leftists who long ago captured that organization. A pox on them.

A stupid statement. Dr. Carson did not indicate that access to a small number of guns might have averted the holocaust. He also did not say or imply it could have stopped the totalitarian power of the Nazi German state. Also the Jews did not know that they were being rounded up for extermination. I think most believed they were being relocated, which is just what the Nazis wanted them to think. The Nazis obviously were trying to prevent any messy resistance.
Insanely foolish beliefs like this are a scary indicator of how deeply the leftist brainwashing has taken hold.
This asinine assertion doesn't stand up when it is compared to what happened in the Warsaw Ghetto in 1943 when Jews finally decided to fight back.

The German Jewish population in 1933 was about 500,000. By the time the of the eventual roundup of the Jews during the war, the overwhelming majority of the 65 million other Germans had no problem with Hitler or his actions. The idea that looser gun control could have made a difference in opposing the German army, the SS, the Gestapo, and the civil police is absolutely ridiculous.

However, I am now 100% convinced the "leadership" of the so-called liberal socialists have nothing less than the disarmament and subjugation of America as their goal. Such a deed might have set off murderous reprisals against German Jews, but German Jews were a small percentage of Holocaust victims. 95% were in areas Germany invaded or controlled due to the war: Poland, Eastern Europe, Ukraine, etc.
“Gun control” is not about controlling guns. It’s about controlling the people.
