Are we supposed to be surprised that Cruz is running because he wants to win the nomination, and not because he wants Trump to win it?
I think Cruz is saying these things because he has been accused of riding Trump’s coattails. I don’t have a problem with him saying he wants to win the nomination, but to be so bold as to say Trump won’t = is what scalds me. ALso, saying he will pick up Trump’s supporters is a little presumptuous.,
