This was a gang fight, in my opinion, not a school shooting.
It happened at 1:20am. The shooter did not kill himself or choose to go to a dorm to do more murder. The shooter surrendered to the campus police when they arrived.
Lots more to this than is put out so far.

Happened outside the Delta Chi house. Delta Chi admits some members were involved. The house has a reputation for drug-dealing and associated violence.

Sounds like the wrong people picked on the wrong guy after hours.
Lot worse then this happens all the time in the bars in Flagstaff every week...when the paychecks go out on the Rez and the folks come into town for some forbidden drink.
