If the GOP-es Club for Growth and David McIntosh dont like the `public takings clause, they should work to get the 5th amendment repealed. Eminent domain was supposed to be used to take land for public use - roadways, libraries, railroad right-of-ways, etc. Using eminent domain to transfer private property to a developer is an abuse of the concept. Anyone supporting that cannot truly call themselves a constitutional conservative. We already knew that about Trump, and I guess we now know that about you as well...

Absolutely. A developer for a private enterprise should not have the right to take property for any amount of money and that includes Trump. I think he sees people less wealthy than he as the “little” people who matter less than he does, and that includes his Republican opponents. Recently calling Rubio a “boy” is an example of his looking down on people from his lofty multi-million dollar height.
