The fact that there were no survivors is telling. Lanza was not a special operator. How could every single shot have been a kill-shot? It makes no sense, unless you subscribe to the “dead men tell no tales” scenario of a staged event. With all the carnage, there should have been a few survivors who played dead, not to mention all of them simply running away at once. He couldn’t have gotten them all.
