On the http://www.strategicdialogue.org website is a link to a group called The CEDAR Network.

The CEDAR Network domain lapsed sometime in 2014 so let’s go to wayback.

The CEDAR Network is the “European Muslim Professionals Network” and is supported by the Open Society Institute (Soros)

Now back to the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, what is their focus? “Far Right Extremism”

In my mid-Atlantic area I have been watching a program about Justice activities, started in Jan. 2015, by Walsh, the fellow whose son was murdered. Channel 9-3. My favorite segment is the one on Alaska state troopers. This is one polite, very effective group of police. All police departments should make this segment required watching. And the scenery is lovely too. I also enjoy watching the Beach Patrol, and the Bait Car segments. The thinking/or lack thereof by urban car thieves is mind boggling. Enjoy.

Obama Administration Establishes White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities
https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/15/obama-administration-establishes-white-house-council-strong-cities-stron

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, President Obama signed an Executive Order that will establish the White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities (SC2). The Council will build on the SC2 pilot initiative launched June 2011 aimed at creating new partnerships between federal agencies and localities to spark economic development in communities that have faced significant long-term challenges in developing and implementing their economic strategies. Attached is the Executive Order signed by the President today on SC2.

Based at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the interagency Council will include 19 federal agencies and will coordinate the implementation of SC2 and build a foundation for expanding the program to cities across the country.

“Noting that it is not only the DOJ but also the Dept of State.”
___________________________________________________

“...There is a strong consensus in Europe that the United States is too backward to wield the power and influence it has in the world. So, U.S. power and influence need to be constrained and directed by Europe...”

“...However, Obama’s view of “global citizenship,” another term he used in the speech, seems to extend considerably beyond the tactical need for coordinated action among nation-states on matters of mutual interest.

Instead, he seems to see trans-national obligations on such things as income distribution, education, poverty, disease and violence.

What this means in practical terms is unclear. This is an undeveloped part of Obama’s foreign policy perspective...”
