To review somebody else who is not on the app, you can create a profile for them with their cell phone number; they will be notified via text that they have been added to Peeple, but they won’t have an option to remove their profile from the app.

Just automatically assuming EVERYBODY does texting. And what if the person doesn't want their cell phone number and name dumped into this database? Pretty sure you're not allowed to use my information without my permission.

That’s correct, if people borrow your phone of worse yet, hack your phone, and start entering negative comments of those in your contact list, you may find yourself hit with defamation lawsuits. Also the owners of the site may become complicit accomplices in the defamation lawsuit. I see no redeemable aspects to this site except for the occasional positives that may be said about some people.
