Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton took offense to remarks by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that the ongoing House select committee investigation into the Benghazi attacks is hurting her campaign, and used members of the U.S. military as political pawns in disparaging the probe.
Clinton appeared Wednesday on MSNBC’s “PoliticsNation” and told host Al Sharpton that McCarthy’s comment “demonstrates unequivocally that this was always meant to be a partisan political exercise.”
She then claimed the pursuit for answers to why four Americans died in the attack is somehow an affront not only to those who lost their lives, but to all members of the military.
“I feel like it does a grave disservice and dishonors not just the memory of the four that we lost, but of everybody who has served our country,” Clinton said.
But veterans weren’t buying the political spin that it’s disrespectful to expect Clinton to answer for her role in Benghazi.
A number of vets took to social media to denounce Clinton’s “flippant” attitude about Benghazi. Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:

She was in Benghazi, McLame, obuma, holder and their ilk knew that guns were being smuggled into Syria to over throw Assad...then they had to get rid of anyone who knew about it...and they did...
This is the facts of the story....anything that old hag says is an out and out lie, just like she has always done...lie her butt off....if the Military was allowed to come out and talk about it, it would curl your toenails....

The only “dishonor”, was not respecting the military enough so they could be sent in to do the extraction. There was ample window for that to be done, but in a fit of apparent paralysis, nobody acted.
Just, nothing.
If this had been a golf game, it would have been a complete duffer out there on the course.

How does it dishonor the military? There was an ambassador, a foreign service officer, and 2 CIA guys. All running guns to the Syrian “moderates” through Turkey.
The US military was not involved that im aware of. Except of course, the order they were given to stand down.

Hillary Rotten Clinton has the blood of American lives on her hands due to her failure to keep top secret communications secured on her so-called ‘home brew email server’ which was very likely hacked and compromised by terrorist elements and other foreign powers and the data contained within that server provided a road map to anyone who wished to launch a terrorist attack against our consulate in Benghazi.
