This is an attractive option for a well protected Obama because a seriously weakened or destroyed Russia cannot oppose a World Caliphate or Islam. Additionally, a seriously weakened or nuclear damaged United States cannot oppose a World Caliphate, should the American people awake, and remove Obama and the DemoRats from power and America's support for Islamic expansion.
