If the government can kill jobs, and it undeniably does, then it can create them too. If PP stops killing babies, there will be more babies, but it won't be PP creating them. As much as the government would love to take credit for creating jobs, the reality is they can only kill (or chose not to kill.)

While technically right Gil, the government can create a more job friendly environment. That does allow for the creation of jobs. And it is undeniably true that the government will have had a hand in the creation of those jobs.
