I live in a rough neighborhood. A couple of blocks up the street from my house, I can purchase a gun illegally. The police around here knows about it, but they do nothing. Who knows? The police might be getting some personal weaponry from this guy who sells them. Or they might have an ownership interest in the operation.
My point is that no matter how many laws these liberal weenies put into place, anyone can buy a firearm. Those illegal operations will continue to flourish. All these libs are doing is turning otherwise law abiding citizens into criminals. And given the choice between being a criminal and protecting oneself or one’s family or property, I'm sure people are going to choose protection. It's worth the risk of being caught and jailed.
