True enough, but Hillary had maintained there was no classified on the server and then modified it say there was no material marked classified.

What should be brought up is that once the State Department found classified material in the emails, they should have demanded that the lawyers turn over the thumb drive with the electronic versions of the emails. Instead they sent over a safe for them to store it in.

I doubt any of this would have been public had not Judicial Watch filed law suits and demanded documentation, with a judge agreeing and ruling in favor of turning the emails over.

Had they gone with a Special Prosecutor none of this would be public today. I also find it strange the FBI is releasing information when it has withheld it in the past.

The whole thing is just plain lawlessness!

The law is explicit on the handling of both official and classified material and data.

You and I know this as part of our government service.

We also know that rank has no privilege when it comes to the law. In fact, one could argue that the higher the rank, the greater the responsibility and duty of the person.

We know that an Airmen or a junior embassy staffer would face charges, which include prison, for violating such laws.

These laws are the same for the SES, flag officer or cabinet member. However, the law is not being applied against Hillary Clinton.

The government is operating outside the law, and therefore it is lawless.

I do not understand why Congress is abrogating their responsibility by not issuing subpoenas and if need be, contempt of Congress proceedings.

At best, perhaps they think it would be opposed by the democrats/media as political persecution, which means they’re shirking their duty in fearfulness, or, at worst, the Republican leadership in Congress is in on the lawlessness.

Whatever the case may be, it is a horrible miscarriage of Justice and sets another huge nail in the coffin they’re making for America, RIP.

Yeah...the Hildebeast is trying to be a sneaky bitch about her wording. Nothing is marked “Classified” only —it’s marked “Top Secret” —”Secret”—or “Confidential” —documents are marked with the “level” of classification —not merely marked “classified” -—

Your average person would not know that.....
