I’ve discovered that COQ10, Vitamin C, Garlic, Hawthorn and L-Arginine will do wonders for your cardiovascular system, and Fenugreek will definitely help reduce your bad cholesterol.

You were wise to drop those statins when your body was telling you not to take them. I’ve never taken any and don’t plan to.

Fenugreek?? Lowers cholesterol??
I’ll definitely try that.
I knew a guy at LSU whose feet stank like Limburger cheese. Really ghastly, you could smell his feet when he walked into class, even with shoes and socks on.
Some health food guru told him to drink fenugreek tea. Theoretically, the herb altered the ph or body chemistry in some way.
His feet began to smell like maple syrup.
He was like a stack of pancakes walking into class, no lie.
That is one miraculous herb.
