As more information is coming out on American Muslim attitudes toward the basic principles of Islam; a recent poll by THE POLLING COMPANY conducted for The Center for Security Policy published 6/23/15, has some sobering results, to say the least. Here are just a few. 1: 23% agree Islam is a Political and Military Movement for World Domination 2: 25% agree Shariah is the Muslim God Allah's Law that Muslims Must Follow and Impose Worldwide Via Jihad 3: 74% agree Violent Holy War Against Unbelievers of Islam is the Term "Jihad" 4: 37% disagree ISIS is Not Islamic (23% Strongly Disagree) 5: 37% disagree Islam is a Religion of Peace(26% Strongly Disagree) 6: 84% agree There are Violent Jihadists in the United States 7: 50% agree That Islam is at War withe the United States

Sharia is Islamic law. Islam is Sharia + their mythology.
What this survey really shows (if the figures are correct) is that there are some non-observant cultural Muslims in the mix.
A much lower percentage than if it were for example non-observant Jews.
the problem with this poll is that these folks being polled are muslim, and so they are NOT going to give answers that they think will reflect badly on Islam because they don’t want to reveal the truth about islam because it will mean they have a harder time in this country as people wise up to the fact that it’s a violent racist religion- AND In their religion, they believe it’s ok to lie to us infidels to get whatever they want-
I put about as much faith I ntheir truthfulness as I put in the easter bunny
