Shades of Chinagate... The Bureau collected reams of information and evidence on Chinagate back in the late 90s and early 2000s. And, contrary to Bureau procedures and regulations, no 302s and no evidence logs were filed. It was collected by DOJ and it all disappeared into the ether. Think it’ll happen again...?
