Little Lindsey hasn't been able to go after Cruz and Paul on the debate stage, because he was at the kiddie table, so now he's going after them in the Senate.
Has Graham come up with a plan to pass APPROPRIATIONS BILLS??? Of course not! As usual, he's going along with the Establishment's RULE BY CONTINUING RESOLUTION game. So that the power of the purse is controlled by the senate and the president, not the House.

So he admits he is a phony “candidate”, only placed there by the Establishment Republicans to wound the candidacy of Cruz. For this reason alone and not just his nonexistent showing in he polls, Graham should never be in the first tier of the debates; he should be at the “kid’s table” for the rest of the campaign.
