HOUSTON - A group of mothers protested outside of the entrance to the Houston Zoo Saturday after a new rule states guns are no longer banned at the zoo.
About 50 people protested the fact that those legally carrying guns can now bring them into the family favorite destination.
The demonstrators are part of a group called Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense.

we saw the video at the end of my intro tactical knife class. 2 biggest take aways from class: 1. knife fights are not steven segal movies, they are fast and vomit inducing brutal. if they last more than 10 seconds the winner is the guy who bleeds out last. 2, never get into a knife fight.
They would change their minds if a tiger gets loose, and seconds count.
they will be much safer now that law abiding citizens can carry guns at the zoo.....up till now, only crooks, felons, and people inclined toward violence could do so.
Looks like a few of them need to compare the health risks of obesity with the health risk of legal firearm ownership.
Liberals once again choose the path that proves to leave more people dead, as always.
They have their heads up their a$$es. Criminals don’t obey any rules.
So they finally figured out everyone laughs at them for sounding like a bunch of nymphos.
"Moms demand action", indeed. LOL!!!
Well, I for one agree with them. Apes and monkeys with guns is scary.
The Houston zoo was violating Texas CHL laws. Changing the “rules” is simply abiding by state law.
Looks quite a bit short of 50 to me.
“The Houston zoo was violating Texas CHL laws. Changing the rules is simply abiding by state law.”
So the title should be:
Moms Demand that Zoo violate law and the Constitution in their quest for Action!
