Islam is not a religion, although it contains one. We also have common sense. I don’t think the writers of the Constitution expected us commit suicide just to prove a point.
What if one of that “religion’s” most pronounced tenets is allegiance to itself, sharia law, and the global caliphate, above all other loyalties? Just that is enough to make it unconstitutional, because the caliphate is not like the Kingdom of God in Christianity (heavenly), it is an earthly, secular political system totally antithetical to everything in the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights.
