It is telling that Donald Trump has not attacked Ted Cruz over his conservatism _ and if Cruz showed an inch of weakness, Trump would instantly seize on that. Anyone who is no friend of Cruz is no friend of the future of conservatism. Yeb, Kroaksich, FioRINO, Islamophile Paul, Quackson, Crispy Creme, Wanker, and Rube-o will either plagiarize from Cruz, or they will lose.

In fact, last night, Marco Rubio did great. Rubio has basically refined his Gang of Eight position on immigration and articulated Ted Cruzs immigration position pretty closely.< True. Both support legalization of the lawbreakers and an exponential increase in H-1B visas.

Let’s not forget Hugeabee, either, who doesn’t understand that there is more to conservatism than just standing strong against sodomy.

Ted Cruz is playing the long game and positioning himself perfectly to pick up Trump’s supporters when he crashes and burns. When the dust settles by the end of the year you will find Trump in first place in the polls or very close behind.

I miss the Ted Cruz ping list. The volume of pings went through the roof, and then the admin had to step back... The Cruz campaign would be wise to have a staffer on FR keeping Cruz News on our ping lists.
I haven't fallen for the Trump thing like a lot of Freepers seem to have.

Excellent article on the campaign of the magnificent Ted Cruz. And it’s even fair to Mr Trump!
It mentions one of Cruz’s problems: he hasn’t been able to break through the media wall against him.
The other problem is grabbing moderate voters. Moderates are more willing than ever to accept conservative ideas but can he attract enough to win the election?
It’s still early. He’s very capable, I hope he demonstrates he can solve these difficulties.

Christie might be the biggest but I’m not sure if he is an elephant or a donkey.
